Contract Placements
ASI clients that require additional help to cover increases in workload find contract placement an excellent alternative to expanding their internal staff. ASI provides qualified and screened employees for the client to choose from. During the term of employment, the selected employee will receive all the fringe benefits normally received by an internal employee. ASI also handles all employer responsibilities such as mandatory employer taxes and insurance while the employee is working at your facility and under your direction.
Temp to Perm
This option allows the client to review an employee’s work performance for a predefined length of time before hiring the employee. As an added benefit, ASI will remain the employer of record until the client hires the candidate. As an ASI client, you may hire the employee without penalty or additional fees once the “Temp to Hire” time frame has elapsed.
